Close the season clean

Close the season clean. We remove leaves and debris from the lawn and garden beds, cut back perennials, tidy edges, and give the lawn a final cut. On-site disposal of leaves and debris is included, and hauling them off site is available at an extra cost. Your property is set up for spring before the snow flies. Pricing starts at and depends on property size and access. Quotes are always free.

The $99 deposit isn't an extra fee. It comes off your first invoice.

Do you service water-access cottages?

Not at this time. We service properties we can reach by road.

What if I'm not at the cottage?

Cottage Ready and Estate plans include a photo report after every visit, so you can see the work is done.

What happens when the 15 spots are gone?

Founding pricing closes. You can still book regular 2027 service, subject to route availability.
